Hi Everyone,
 
I wanted to let you know that Issue #8 (May-June-July) of Mark Makers' Quarterly is devoted to fiber arts and wood, including but not limited to weaving and textiles, quilt-making, basketry, leather-works, wearable art, fabric-dyeing, embroidery, paper-making, woodworking, and more.
 
The deadline for submissions is March 25, and professional photos are needed.  
 
Please email me up to six high-resolution images and a brief (400-words or less) statement about your work in the first person narrative, along with (optional) a photo of you in your studio.
 
Think about the following questions: Why do you do what you do? What compels you to create? How does your work fit the current issue's theme? Also include any online or social media presence you would like included with your submission.
 
Let me know if you need assistance with photography. David Yager Photography can provide photos and will do so at a discounted rate of $30/image for MMQ.
