In case anyone was planning to attend tomorrow’s QGNQ meeting in Shasta, it has been cancelled. See below. 


Knowing all the planning that goes into these meetings, I feel badly for the Shasta Lilies guild members!

Good Afternoon Everyone, 
    Well, a huge storm is pushing it's way into the Shasta area and because of the high winds accompanying it PGE will be shutting off their electricity tomorrow to prevent any mishaps,  Because of that event our venue will not have lights and unless we al showed up with flashlights this just won’t work for our meeting. 
    Unfortunately our hostesses have had to cancel the October Quilt Guilds of the North Quarter meeting. Darn!  The Shasta Lily guild had a wonderful event planned for us but I have asked them to put it in the freezer and we will thaw it out in 2027 !!! 
    Enjoy your weekend members and remember our Shasta ladies as they ride out this storm.
