[Oceanwavequilters] Quilt Show UPDATE

Good morning!



This is a reminder from the OWQ Quilt Show Committee:



1. Online registration CLOSES June 1 at 11:59PM and payment is due by June 1 (mailed payments must be postmarked by June 1).

2. Drop off of all Quilt Show entries is Monday, June 16 10AM-3PM.
3. Sew and Sew (S-N-S)"challenge quilts" must be registered! There IS NOT a charge for entry. No sleeve is required. Due at S-N-S by May 30.

4. Round Robin quilts are a special exhibit, please register your quilt, put on a sleeve and bring to the drop off at S-N-S on Monday, June  16 between 10AM-3PM. NO CHARGE is associated           with Round Robin quilts but they MUST be registered. 

5. Special exhibit of QUILT WALK QUILTS from PREVIOUS years is being displayed at the show, no sleeves required, NO CHARGE for entries, but the quilts MUST be registered online! ( And      brought to S-N-S on June 16.) Please indicate if you would like to sell your Quilt Walk entry on the online registration form.

6. VOLUNTEERS are still desperately  needed for the Quilt Show!!! Please consider donating 2 hours of your time to the success of the OWQ 2025 Quilt Show. Contact Carole P. or Paula P. to      find out where there are needs in the show's volunteer roster. 





I would like to thank the 2025 Quilt Walk Team for all the work you are doing to make the Quilt Walk a success. This is only possible in part because of the OVER 100 entries of wonderful creative quilts by you, the guild members. Thank You!!!!
