I too loved the space..with a couple of caveats...

1) The road is a serious problem and I wouldn't minimize it, I also
wouldn't assume it would be taken care of by next year as it will be a very
expensive venture.

2)  I think everyone having their own table is essential.

Thanks for everyone's work on this!  And for everyone who helped me put
together my quilt!!!
