I also agree with Shari's comments. Especially the way it work out for some of us we had a whole table to ourselves, which I have never had at a retreat.A suggestion for the entry road would be to mention that low clears vehicles can manage, but not so well with a lot of rain.Thanks for all your hard work arranging. The detailed directions, photos and balloons were very helpful!
