ACMC Quarterly Roundtable Meeting

The Arts Council of Mendocino County invites your participation in the ACMC Quarterly Roundtable meeting on Monday, August 5th, at noon. Registration is not necessary. Please use the link below to join.



The topic this quarter is the Arts Council of Mendocino County’s upcoming strategic planning process covering the years 2025-2028. Add your voice at the early stages of the planning process as we contemplate the questions most worthy of a deep dive! In a time of budget cuts for arts organizations at the state level, how can we best support the field and strengthen the creative economy in Mendocino County? What new alliances and partnerships can we form to carry forward collective goals? What questions need to be asked and answered now to create the most useful planning document we can? 



We want to hear from you! This should be a fun and fast-paced meeting and all are welcome. *Our current strategic plan 2021-2024 is attached for your reference. In the year 2020, when the current plan was written, it was very difficult to anticipate the future! Hopefully, this strategic planning process will feel less awash in unknowns.
