[Oceanwavequilters] FBQS entry form is now live!

Hi all: You can now enter your quilts into this year's FBQS. 



Just go to our website http://oceanwavequilters.com and find the Fort Bragg quilt show page. 



Click on "Info for Entries" and read the instructions. You can then click on the blue link "FBQS Entry Form" on that page to go to the Google Form to enter your quilts, or you can go back to the FBQS page and click on the "FBQS Entry form" link.



Don't forget to enter each quilt on a new form, but you only need to pay once. In other words, if you have 6 quilts, fill out 6 FBQS Google forms (one for each quilt), and on the last form IF YOU'RE PAYING BY CARD OR PAYPAL, click on the Credit/Debit/PayPal link and select "6 quilts" to pay all of them at once. Otherwise, just send us a check!
