Just a reminder...



We must receive your entry by end of the day on June 1 if submitted on-line. SO YOU HAVE 6 DAYS TO COMPLETE YOUR SUBMISSION.



Also note... We realize the on-line form has a lot of pages - if you only have one quilt, you will have to scroll through several blank pages - which is exactly what the directions tell you at the beginning of the form:



Quilt Entry Form (complete a separate form for each item being entered). AFTER
YOU HAVE ENTERED YOUR FIRST QUILT, CLICK ON THE CONTINUE TO
NEXT SECTION BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. THIS WILL TAKE
YOU TO THE NEXT SUBMISSION PAGE. IF YOU HAVE NO MORE QUILTS TO
ENTER, CLICK ON THE CONTINUE TO NEXT SECTION BUTTON UNTIL YOU
GET TO THE LAST PAGE, WHERE YOU WILL CLICK ON SUBMIT. If you have
corrections after you SUBMIT (or more than 8 quilts), contact mailto:sharon at oceanwavequilters.com.




The alternative was to make those that have more than one quilt fill out the name and address section over and over again for every quilt, so we selected what we thought was the better option. We'll work on making this a little more streamlined next year when we learn Google forms a bit better. (Anyone who wants to volunteer to become adept at Google forms, please step forward!! We would love your help!!!!)
