[Oceanwavequilters] Survey mix-up

Dear friends,

I have heard from some of you indicating that your survey was NOT accepted by Survey Monkey.  From what I can tell, those of you that used the link provided in the first email you received from
sswanson26 at gmail.com <mailto:sswanson26 at gmail.com> via Survey Monkey had SUCCESS!  Those that used the second email from the OWQ list serve had problems.

Susan and I have a solution!

You can try again with the first email you received from sswanson26.  Or, you can email me and let me know that you would like a paper copy.  If you would like me to mail you a copy, please indicate this in your email and confirm your mailing address.

I will also bring paper copies to the next General Meeting on April 9th.  Then. Susan and I will input the data.

Sorry for the confusion.  Susan will be out of cell phone service in a few hours.
