[Oceanwavequilters] Old quilt, anyone?

I received, via the website, an offer of an old quilt:

Here is what he said in his email:

*"I just came across a quilt I would like to pass along. Handmade, appears
machine sewn. At some point I marked with masking tape some seam areas that
need hand-sewn repairs. Needs to be washed, after said repairs. It is
approximately 5 1/2' x 7', with 20 square pieces with an umbrella pattern.
I'm cleaning house and letting this quilt go. I have no idea of its
monetary worth, so if someone wanted it, and was willing/able to give me *
*something** for it, 100% of the proceeds will go to the local Humane
Society."*
