[Oceanwavequilters] Fwd: Fw: quilt picture

The library sent the following about a quilt hanging in the library to
Carole Poma. They'd like to identify the quilter so that they can get
permission to use it in an image:

Hi,

Admin is setting up a virtual author talk website and we'd like to use this
picture of the F.B. branch on it. However, we'd like to make sure that we
have the quilter's permission to use their quilt in the image. Do you
remember whose quilt this is and if so, could you get written permission
(or email) from them to let us use it for the website?
