Hello Sharon,

I don't have a way to print out my recipe for the cookie exchange, so I
appreciate your offer to print it for me!

*BERRY CHRISTMAS THUMBPRINT COOKIES*
1/2 C. butter, room temp.
1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 teaspoon EACH of vanilla, and almond flavoring
dash of salt
1 1/4 c. white flour

1/4 c. berry jam (apricot is nice, too!)
2-1oz. white chocolate squares
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts (almonds work, too)

Mix first 4 ingredients, then blend in flour. Spoon out by teaspoon and
shape into a ball. Roll ball into finely chopped nuts. Arrange on cookie
sheet and place a thumbprint in each. Place a dollop of jam in each cookie
and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool on cookie rack, then
drizzle with melted white chocolate. (Melt chocolate in a double boiler). I
think this recipe makes about 2 dozen cookies, recipe can easily be doubled.
For those with allergies, I used an organic berry jam which is a blend of
strawberry, raspberry, cherry, red currants, cane sugar, and apple pectin.
