[Oceanwavequilters] Port Pillow Kits

            At a meeting several months ago, kits to make chemo port pillows were distributed and many were taken home by members.Just a reminder that, if you took a kit, make sure you stitch up that little pillow (or bring the kit back to Sunday’s  meeting so someone else can make it). The nurses tell me they have several new port patients so they’ll be needing pillows again in the near future. (And I can attest to how much these pillows help relieve irritation on the port from the car seatbelt!)Note: Port pillow instructions are on the web site at oceanwavequilters.com under Community Activities.
