[Oceanwavequilters] Link to the on-line form for 2022 Fort Bragg Quilt Show Entries

FINALLY! It's working!



A big thank you to Linda Walzer, Daisy Woodhams, and Mary Foster for being the "guinea pigs" to test this new form! So far, it all seems to be working properly, so you can now enter your 2022 Fort Bragg Quilt Show entries on-line.



It is set up to accept ONE ENTRY per document. (That means that, yes, you have to reenter your name, email, etc., on each form, but that seemed the lesser of two evils to make sure the form works.)

Also attached to this email is the document called Info for Entries - BE SURE YOU READ THIS AND FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS!! - and the Quilt Label form that needs to be completed and attached to your each of your entries.



Also attached to this email is the paper version of the entry form, just in case you prefer to enter than way. (Note that there is a $10 surcharge for entering this way - $25 for the first 3 entries instead of $15.) Also note that entries are not considered complete until we have your check in hand.
