[Oceanwavequilters] COVID booster documentation

            At the Board meeting today, we discussed the fact that the Senior Center is now requiring documentation of full vaccination INCLUDING a booster shot. We agreed that it is time for the Ocean Wave Quilters to require the same for any member wishing to participate in any in-person guild activity. So, please take a photo or make a copy of your COVID card showing your 2 vaccinations AND your booster - make sure your name shows clearly on the copy - and send it to me via one of the following methods:Attach a photo of your card to an email and send it to me - sharon at oceanwavequilters.comText me the photo at 707-357-7447Put a photocopy in the mail to me at PO Box 1653, Mendocino 95460I will maintain the copies in a secure file on my computer. They will be shown to Jill Rexrode of the Senior Center upon her request or to Paula Perelstein should I be inable to attend a specific meeting.
