Just a reminder....



The Board has requested documentation of your COVID booster vaccination. This is important if we are to return to meeting indoors at the Senior Center at some point in the future.



If you have not yet provided me with a copy of your booster card, please do so.  (And, if you haven't yet provided proof of your 2 initial vaccinations, we need that!!)



Please make sure your name is visible on the card.
