[Oceanwavequilters] Customer for someone

I have a friend who asked me about making a tee-shirt quilt.  They have a 
friend who passed away and want to have one made to remember him.  I have never 
made one and am hoping someone would want to do this.  They a willing to pay, I 
told her it may be expensive and she said it was not an issue.  Please contact
