[Oceanwavequilters] Block of the Month Instructions

Hi, all,



Attached are the instructions for this month's Block of the Month. This one is called "54-40 or Fight". I've also attached the history of the block.



Note that there are 2 ways to do the triangle blocks - you can paper piece them or use the templates to cut pieces out and then just piece them. I personally (and you know how hard it is for me to say this) recommend paper-piecing them - makes it very easy.



The colors are white (make this a white-white, not a cream - it can be tone-on-tone or just plain white), yellow, and dark gray. The yellow and dark gray can be solid, tone-on-tone, or a print, as long as the print is fairly subtle.
