ZOOM Meeting Reminders (from the Newsletter)
Here are a few ways of zooming we’re implementing to make the meeting go smoothly:
1. All mics should be muted unless you are the one speaking. Unmute to speak, then mute again.
2. If you have questions while someone else is speaking, please type it into the chat window to “everyone”. Cindi is the designated answerer. This is to let the speaker continue her presentation without being interrupted and allows all to see the questions and answers. Any unanswered questions that need to be brought to the speaker at the end of her presentation will be done by one person. (At this time, it will be Cindi).
3. To enter the Name Tag raffle: Go to Chat, type “name tag raffle, (your name)”, privately to “rperry” in your chat window. This will let Tina know you are wearing your name tag and you will be entered into the raffle.
4. To enter the Block of the Month; Go to Chat, type “BotM, 1 (or # of blocks made), (your name)”, privately to Dee in your chat window. This will let Dee know that you made a blockette and you will be entered into the BotM raffle.
Please send these messages at the beginning of the meeting so these women will have the information they need when their time comes to do their presentations.
