[Oceanwavequilters] Qi Gong Practice

Hello Quilting Friends,
We had a successful practice last Thursday. Thanks to all who attended. We focused on breathing and movement to build immune strength.
Next practice will be Wednesday 11/18 at 10:30 am.
We will continue with strengthening our immune systems with focus on breath, lung energy and balancing heat in the body. If you have a yoga mat, please have that handy.
Do remember tho, this practice is accessible to anyone. Seated practice is fine. No equipment or props needed. A yoga mat would add some stability for standing postures but is not required.
