Good Morning Ocean Wave Quilters and Happy Mothers Day. Today would have
been our monthly meeting,  not being able to gather is unfortunate. Hope
everyone is healthy and doing well. As stated in the May newsletter, the
name tag drawing is going to continue.  The winner out of our complete
roster is...….Jeanne Kinney. Congratulations!!I will mail your prizes to
you.

 Now that I have your attention, There is another matter I would like to
inform everyone about. I have been requested by the Quilt Show Committee
to make the Ocean Wave Quilt t-shirts available for sale before the quilt
walk in June. I will be selling the shirts on my driveway next Saturday
May 16th from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. There are some safety measures I
would like to address. Anyone coming to purchase a shirt/shirts:
 1. YOU NEED TO WEAR A MASK!
2. If there is someone at the table, please wait in your car until they
are finished. I have plenty of parking, you can park on the field. This is
not a reunion or social affair and social distancing will be enforced (by
me, as best as I can do).
 The shirts are $15 for short sleeve and $20 for long sleeve. Bring exact
change as I do not have cash here and will not be able to make change for
you. You can also pay by check made out to Ocean Wave Quilters or OWQ.
The shirts will be first come, first serve.
 The sizes are small to 2X. Depending on how many sell, there will most
likely be another date in the future where I will sell again.
 I was requested to sell at Sew n Sew, but I feel that is too many people
gathered together and my private residence is more wide open and less
crowded. I live at 44750 Raven Lane in Mendocino. If you are travelling
from north of Mendocino Village, make a left turn onto Larkin Road (at
the Blackberry Inn) then turn right onto Raven Lane. My house is the
third on the left. If you are travelling south of the village, then turn
right onto Larkin and right onto Raven Lane.
