[Oceanwavequilters] Sunday Luncheon, Brown Bags, and More

Remember to call Christie Daoust, #964-2287, and let her know if you are
going to attend the luncheon. The room will be open at 12:30, lunch will
be begin at 1:00 and the speaker, Laura Fogg will begin about 1:30-1:45.
We need a final count to be able to order enough for everyone. She will
also need to know if you want a gluten free and/or vegetarian option. The
cost is $10 for members and $12 for non-members. There will also be a
build-your-own Cobb salad! Please call her by Wednesday evening.

The special events committee planned on bringing cookies from a store.
I've since heard there are a few members who REALLY want to make and bring
some to share. If you are one of those that wants to do that, please give
Cindi (357-4774) a call ASAP so we can work out our plans.

Also, just a reminder to have your Brown Bag Challenge projects to Sew 'n
Sew by Tuesday, Feb. 18th, 5:00.

We could still use a number of table runners, those can be brought on
Saturday to the Senior Center at 10:00 to the dining room where there will
be people starting the set up of the room. (Thank you, Sherri, Dianne, and
Linda W.!) Just a reminder to Sharons L., G. and Dee that they offered to
bring quilt racks to display the Brown Bag Challenge projects.

There will be 3 raffle baskets, so be sure and bring some $$! The
opportunity quilts will NOT be there for ticket purchasing as previously
reported.
