[Oceanwavequilters] Whale Quilt by Sharon G.

Hi Sherry,

This is a second whale quilt that Sharon G. made for a gentleman that bought raffle tickets from us after Thanksgiving.  I think his name was Jason….you can call Sharon and ask her.  Sharon L. quilted it.  Many times people want to purchase the Whale Opportunity Quilt and not just buy raffle tickets.  When Jason asked, Sharon said she could not sell him that one but could make him one if he liked. He paid money on the spot.  I know she had extra expenses and she was hoping that Jason will send a little more money along.  Sharon intends to donate the money to the club.  She was going to mail the quilt  to Jason and  he should have received it my Christmas.  

Isn’t it great?  It was windy the day I took the pictures so it was difficult to get one without part of the quilt curling.  And, I’m sure you can edit out the car in the background.

Any chance you can verify the information that I have emailed above with Sharon G and put something in the newsletter?
