As you know, selling tickets for the opportunity quilts is a challenge in this time of social distancing. Ticket sales make up the bulk of both Ocean Wave Quilters' and Soroptimist International Noyo Sunrise's income each year to fund our charitable projects.



We have an Ad Hoc committee of the 2021 Fort Bragg Quilt Show Committee brainstorming ideas for where and how to sell tickets safely and effectively. We are considering in-person sales (such as sitting in front of Harvest Market or Safeway) as well as "distance" sales (such as asking the Quilt Guilds of the North Quarter to do a special Opportunity Quilt Newsletter that will go to all of the member guilds and might generate some sales among their quilters. (NOTE: We are not allowed to sell tickets on-line... we can post the information on our website - which we have done - but people cannot actually order and pay for tickets on-line...that's considered internet gambling.)





The committee is also asking for your creative ideas.
