            Thank you, Tina, for asking these questions:1. What time should it be hung by?        Let’s say 10 am - 4 pm2. What if it rains?         WeatherUnderground isn’t predicting rain, but if it does rain, then we’ll take the quilts down while it’s raining. And hopefully put them back when it stops.
