[Oceanwavequilters] Quilt Show Reminder - Picking up Quilts on Sunday, June 30

Just a reminder to all of you who entered quilts in the show:



YOU MUST HAVE YOUR RECEIPTS TO PICK UP YOUR QUILTS ON SUNDAY, JUNE 30 BETWEEN 5 AND 6 P.M. If you do not have your receipts, we will not release your quilts. This is a liability issue for the club, so please don't pester our volunteers if you forgot your receipts.

 

Those of you who were at the June OWQ meeting received your receipts then along with a wristband.



Those who weren't were mailed your receipts on June 7th.


Do not come early! We won't be releasing quilts until 5 at the earliest - and it could be a bit later if we are still sorting. We have 176 quilt entries to deal with! Please be patient.
