[Oceanwavequilters] Ocean Wave Quilters Retreat - October 24-27 - SIgn Up List Attached

We have had only 11 people sign up for the retreat coming up on Wednesday-Saturday, October 24-27, and some of the sign-ups were incomplete.
Attached is the current list. Please review it carefully.
If you are planning to come, we should have your name and an "A" in the box for each day you are planning to Attend. If not, PLEASE E-MAIL ME with the days you will be attending. If you plan to bring a specific potluck item on those days, please let me know what that will be. (If you don't know, not to worry. We'll eat whatever you bring. LOL)
We should also a "K" in the box for two days when you will help in the Kitchen. If not, please E-MAIL ME with the days you will help in the kitchen.
If you can help us set up on Wednesday beginning at 8 a.m. or if you can help us finalize clean up on Saturday and we do not have an "X" in those columns for  you, please E-MAIL ME that you can help.
Please also note the 2 sets of boxes where we have indicated the supplies we need and the Taco Friday items we need. If you can provide needed supplies or items for Taco Friday, please E-MAIL ME with what you can provide.
