Every year my husband and I have bought a butchered lamb from Buck Guntley in Potter Valley. Buck had the lambs butchered in a shop in Capella. He and or his son, Jimmy had done it also. Now we are trying once again to buy a lamb from Buck’s son but so far we do not know of any butcher that will cut the lamb in that area. Butchers are few and far between.
