Every year my husband and I have bought a butchered lamb from Buck Guntley in Potter Valley. Buck had the lambs butchered in a shop in Capella. He and or his son, Jimmy had done it also.  Now we are trying once again to buy a lamb from Buck’s son but so far we do not know of any butcher that will cut the lamb in that area. 
Butchers are few and far between. Do any of you know of a butcher in the Ft. Bragg area. If so, please let me know. We usually pick the lambs upin August.
