The captain will be Bill Ethell, who was also captain of the anti-nuclear sailboat<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: Calibri, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-style: italic;" class="">Pacific Peacemaker</span><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: Calibri, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;" class=""> in the 1980s. Both Bill and Ian are avid cruising sailors from Australia. Also aboard is Steve Buck, from Eureka, California, who has been our recent skipper on the California coast. Steve is a Navy veteran and member of Veterans For Peace. He is also a fisherman, a sailboat racer, and a nuclear engineer who has overseen the decommissioning of nuclear power plants.
