      I wish you had been there too. I left the meeting feeling really
      energized. I am guessing that there were around 30 or so people in
      attendance. It was a casual exchange of ideas, suggestions and
      some discussion on things like:<br>
      <br>
      Where do we go from here, now that we successfully passed Measure
      S?<br>
      Did the language used in Measure S afford us more far-reaching
      benefits than we realized?<br>
      What specific changes still need to be addressed in our
      communities?<br>
      What "on the ground"activities or strategies can we think of to
      move forward and implement solutions?<br>
    </font><font face="Calibri"><font face="Calibri">How do we become a
        more cohesive, sharing and collaborative network?<br>

      </font>I made a few new and much appreciated connections (in the
      areas of local food, time banks, solutions to homelessness, and
      MRC's consistent applications of persistent poisons.) I also
      gained a much needed sense of validation. <br>

                nothing that could invoke such arguments,and ruin the
                event for the<br>
                players who have trained hard and well.<br>

                   PLEASE let the kids who have decided to participate
                enjoy their<br>
                sports<br>
                time, and leave those with concerns to educate their
                peers. They'll<br>
                educate peers better than we, and Occupy can work on
                education in other<br>
                venues.<br>

                   People are NOT coming to the tournament for
                enlightenment or<br>
                education. Success is knowing where to choose our
                battles, and this<br>
