<html><head></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; ">Hi All --<br><br>According to the Advocate-News Facebook page, a general counsel for the<br>Fort Bragg Unified School District has lifted the ban both for political<br>messages in the stands and during student warm-ups.<br><br>Unfortunately, the Mendo girls team will still be left out of the<br>tournament, because their space in the brackets has already been filled.<br><br>It was a delightful protest this morning, with 30-50 protesters, including<br>plenty Fort Bragg and Mendocino residents, more than a few FBHS grads,<br>folks from Occupy Mendo, and a large contingent of the student athletes<br>barred from the tournament. Additionally there were a host of reporters, so<br>expect to see a fair amount of news coverage, this time hopefully quite<br>positive.<br><br>I think everyone who participated can now declare victory!
