Ordinance means. Her next coastal workshop is this coming Tuesday, Oct. 21, at 6

Center: </b>Sheila has been waiting to hear from Justin Calvino re: available

John want us to take over MLK Day event and the Peace & Justice bank

made, seconded and passed</span> that Occupy Mendocino take over the MLK Day
event and the Peace & Justice bank account.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Peace and Justice is a 401(c)3 organization it has to be
determined if we can take over the nonprofit status without changing our name.
We need to research that. Sheila to contact Zac.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Miscellaneous<o:p></o:p></b></p><p class="MsoNormal">Voter Registration has been done at Harvest and the Post
Office<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Ann noted that Fort Bragg has been outsourcing to Oakland
for attorneys. She will go to the City Council and tell them her feelings
about outsourcing to Oakland.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">County Counsel Doug Losak, who was arrested for weed, for
being under the influence, and having an unregistered firearm should be fired.
However the Board of Sups wanted to give him a raise. We should speak to the
supervisors. Losak created a raise for himself in the budget.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt;font-variant:small-caps">motion
made, seconded and passed</span> that Occupy Mendocino take a stand to not
support Doug Losak getting a raise.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Losak is on probation right now. There’s a conflict of
interest with him having anything to do with the Sheriff’s Dept. A story is out that he had a relationship with a woman in the District
Attorney’s office.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Sheila wrote a letter to the editor for the Fort Bragg and
Mendocino papers re: Howard Ennes. Letter has been lost and Sheila has to
resend it.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Jessie and Sheila were on KNYO radio (Bob and Daniel were
there). They were eloquent on important issues, i.e., public blank, Community
Rights Network’s ordinance Yes on S, homelessness, street protests.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Agnes and Jessie met with the two Dans (on BofS) re: public
