He really enjoyed the songs and with a wide grin mouthed the words as we went along. At 97 he was a devoted activist who was known for his progressive thinking and gentle thoughtful ways. As our most senior member we looked to him for guidance in our pursuit correcting inequities and speaking out for justice. While he will be missed, his teachings, tactics and ideas will continue to spark Occupy Mendocino. We love you Brother Howard and hope you keep an eye on us down here on the Earthly plane...
