Fights that have a tendency to spiral out of control with the result that both of you feel more alone, hurt, and sometimes even desperate. You will learn that there is another way of dealing with conflict and relationship issues. A way that leads to a better understanding of yourself and your partner, to more connection and improved communication. Conflicts are a normal and vital part of any relationship and can actually be used as a doorway to the next level of intimacy in your partnership, if you know how. You will walk away with a new road map for conflict and hopefully lots of new insight. The space will be safe and confidential. You share as much as you feel comfortable with.

Explore Shop III: Turning Frustration Into More Intimacy
Date: 11/9/13
Time: 1-4pm
Place: The Muse, 30. E.
