"Please support upcoming amendments that cut the Pentagon budget without affecting troop benefits and bring all our troops home from Afghanistan before 2014."<br><br></span></span><span style="font-size:small"><span style="font-family:Tahoma">Believe it or not, Congress is trying to give nearly $640 billion to the Pentagon — billions more than the law allows and billions more than the Pentagon wants. Fortunately, there are likely to be amendments that will:<br>
