padding: 0px; border: 0px; background-color: transparent; "><div style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; background-color: transparent; ">North Korea has posted a video online depicting a US city resembling New York engulfed in flames after an apparent missile attack, but its special effects are actually stolen from the popular American video game Call of Duty.
