Supervisors. They have the power to change the county economy and help

<DIV><FONT size=2>I write concerning the scheduled bank home foreclosures
for 20012 and the strain it will put on the county budget due to the loss of tax
revenues and the increasing cutbacks to public services to say nothing of the
thousands of families and children left to fend for themselves on the
streets.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2> CJ Holmes has a remedy
for that and advises Boards of Supervisors in Town Hall Meetings that Eminent
Domain can be used to acquire the foreclosed homes in the interest of the
public good (the economy). Then the homes can be reassessed for their current
value and mortgages can be paid to the County and any local co-op bank to
