Dear folks,
I have learned, after dealing with the Army down in Monterrey CA that it is
better to submit a physical written comment than to do so electronically.
These comments can be snail mailed to:
Naval Facilities Engineering Command Northwest
Attention: NWTT Supplemental EIS/OEIS Project Manager
3730 N. Charles Porter Ave.
Building 385, Admin, Room 216
Oak Harbor, WA 98278-5000
I would highly recommend that you cc a copy of your comments to both our
Senators and Jared Huffman.
