Services of Northern California--offered in English and Spanish.
THURSDAY JULY 25th 5:30PM at Redwood Elementary, Multipurpose Room

Learn About:
-your rights and responsibilities and a tenant
-discrimination and The Fair Housing Act
-what your lease should include
-cleaning & security deposits
-renter's insurance
-terminating tenancy

5:30-6:00PM: check-in and pizza (pizza provided by North Coast Brewing
Company Taproom)
6:00-8:00PM: Presentations in English and Spanish

Complimentary childcare sponsored by Mendocino Children's Fund will be
onsite and available for attendees that pre-register.
