INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY CELEBRATION & DANCE PARTY

Sheroes get a groove on and dance for our rights! Mark your calendars now
for the
International Women's Day Celebration & Dance Party March 10th, 6:30 -
9:30 at Fort Bragg Town Hall.

Move to the hottest-ever dance tunes by women from around the world! Come
representing your Shero with a costume, a nametag, or a photo for the Shero
collage. All ages, genders, and abilities most welcome.

The celebration will open with a short program of videos featuring women
doing heroic work, a sing-along performance, and a dance warmup led by
local dance pros. Then the dance floor opens with DJ Jennifer K! Free
snacks, soft drinks, and cooperative art projects will be on hand when you
need a break. What’s YOUR all-time favorite dance tune by a woman artist?

Admission is by donation. Any proceeds will be donated to local
organizations working to empower women.

This event is offered by a mysterious cabal of people who like to dance,
with support from members and friends of the Mendocino Coast Jewish
Community Justice Group, the Mendocino Huddle, and the Women’s March. The
event will also feature information tables from a number of local advocacy
