two CELDF attorneys who are defending the people's right to say "no" to a
fracking wastewater injection well in Grant Township is a victory of sorts
– it’s a marker in the Community Rights movement coming of age. No longer
is it sufficient to stop the movement by suing municipalities and elected
officials. The oil and gas industry has now been forced to try to “chill”
lawyers from representing those municipal clients.
