If your property is one of the many facing foreclosure in Mendocino County, here are some steps to take to postpone the auction. There are ways to delay, but no guarantee.
.) File a complaint with the office of the Comptroller of the Currency. (OCC). Instructions and links are at www.HOFJ.org<http://www.HOFJ.org>. Inform your foreclosure Trustee's legal dept. about the OCC response so they postpone the auction.
.) File Notary complaints on each foreclosure document. Instructions, examples and sample letters available at www.HOFJ.org<http://www.HOFJ.org>. Ask C.J. Holmes (HOFJ at cjholmes.com) to send you a property document list. The printout may be 3 weeks behind actual recordings so check the Recorders Office.
.) Please fax (707-578-5873) or scam/email HOFJ at cjholmes.com your foreclosure docs to help build the Suspicious Signature database. Same names are often signed with different signatures. This is fraud.
). Keep informed by watching live or archive at http://new.livestream.com/accounts/2292674 a 1 hour show at 10am Mon-Fri. Archives are stored behind the Icons.
.) Join Mendocino County home owners at the Recorder's Office in Ukiah. We want the County to start prosecution of fraudulent foreclosures.
