[Occupymendocino] Take the heat

HI OM, 

As you guys know, I am playing music in Mendo on the Sat. meeting date. ( Come down after to a free concert of big  band jazz after the meeting. Ending at 4  PM)

Don’t forget the Anne Feeney event on July 2.! l The crew is set up as below.  

Something to bring up at meeting. PleaseI  
1. To give  Anne Feeney an Occupy Hat and a Poster for her birthday that was the day before, on July1. .  Would you/could you have that approved at your meeting
I’ve contacted Sheila about it. .

2.  I might need a check from Occupy at the end to reconcile payment with Anne Feeney.  
This is because the Brownpaper tickets money takes one  week to get back. 
We’d replenish the  OM bank account after. they’d send. Hoping the box $ will cover. 

Oh… I asked for a 50/50 split of the box after she is paid her initial fee ($500)  
She agreed!  

I hope we have at least 50 people attending: $1000
$1000.  
- $500  to Anne
$500
- 100 room rent
$400  =   $200 OM, $200  Anne Feeney.

We should make $50 or so off concession.   We’d make about $50.

Let’s hope for 75 people!W
