Hi Ann,

Here's our newsletter, a picture you can use any way you like, and two flyers - one for the potluck (need the address) and one to promote the Silver's event
We might fuss with our templates a bit further, and don't hesitate to make changes to either flyer.  If you need any help with the flyers, let me know, including
  I'll be creating a newspaper /newsletter article as well in the next day or two.
I'm giving you both full page and 1/2 page flyers - which do you think is most useful?

Please let me know when you have a location for the potluck, an thanks so much for making the arrangements!
