We were thinking of watching a scary monster movie, but we thought
we'd take in Jared Kushner's press conference with no questions
allowed in front of the White House instead.

Give this guy a black cape at night and he'd easily pass for the
Prince of Darkness.

This is the guy who told Paul Manafort, "We're announcing your
resignation in 30 seconds so you've got to go."

This guy, whose calling card is how much he purports to be on top of
everything, now claims as his defense that he had NO idea what the
Russian collusion meeting was all about. Except that by his own
admission he manufactured a ruse to get out of there the instant he
determined it was not what he THOUGHT it would be about.

Apparently there was not enough collusion for him. Boring!

Oh, yeah, and his assistant signed his name to his security clearance
disclosure form in four places by accidentally clicking a mouse too
quickly.

This is the guy who schemed with the Russians to try to set up a back
channel running through THEIR communications to elude our own
intelligence agencies.

This is the guy who met with a Russian banker with direct Kremlin
ties to bargain for a bailout of his grossly overvalued Manhattan
real estate lemon.

This guy makes Machiavelli's prince look like a Sunday School
teacher.

This guy in fact is intensely on top of everything, the last guy to
not know what as in that email chain. He was the prime mover in the
firing of Comey. He is crediting with running the digital operation
that got Trump elected. He is everywhere and in everything.

And he is quite possibly the most evil man in America at this moment,
surpassing even Trump himself in this regard. But just like Trump, he
is absolutely and ruthlessly out for only himself. Trump says he
considers Kushner like a son. And we already know what kind of apples
fall from that tree.

Some days we rail against the Democrats for not really getting behind
single payer, despite 60% of the American people already favoring it.
We must above all have a positive agenda, to take back control of our
government.

Some days we encourage you to keep up the resistance against the
escalating constitutional crisis of the Trump gang. Today is one of
the latter.

Make a meaningful demonstration of your resistance with any or all of
