[Occupymendocino] Resist in Song

If you always wanted to see Woody Guthrie or other seasoned civil rights singers/songwriters  in action, tonight is your night.  

Anne Feeney is bringing her “Resistance Tour” to Mendocino. In the tradition of Pete Seeger, Bob Dylan and Woody Guthrie, Anne has
been singing her songs and fighting for worker’s right, health care, and women’s rights for years. As Peter Yarrow , of Peter, Paul and Mary 
said, “She’s a person who lives the spirit of music in the sense of the best songwriters, not simply as an entertainer. She participates 
passionately and with great compassion in struggles for justice.”

The concert starts at 7 PM Sunday evening, and Anne  and her daughter Amy and her friend Kendra will be joining in at times.. 
Also, Anne will be on the KZYX Fred Wooley show around 1 PM today.
