Hi Y'all,
Richard, Irene, I and Bob for a short time participated in Petra's class:
Whole Plant Based Foods,with 25 other folks. It's good for your budget,
the economy and helps reduce global warming by leaving methane producing
meat from beef on the hoof, dairy and oils out of your diet as we have
done over 7 weeks of the class. Plus we had free lunches. I plan to sign
up for the free Blue zone class in Preston Hall in Jan. Tune in  to KZYX
on Tues, Dec. 12  to Richard Miller’s radio hour.
