I urge everyone, not only to sign the petitions, but to scroll down to
Chase Iron Eyes' interview with Intercept reporter - and listen to it. 
Chase Iron Eyes is articulate and comprehensive in his discussion of the
insidious process occurring in our current political climate: activists
such as the "water protectors" are being portrayed in the press as
eco-terrorists and jihadists - NOT as spokespeople for the vital
protection of CLEAN WATER, a basic human RIGHT, and for the Constitutional
right of free speech and assembly.

You can also find Intercept-founder Jeremy Scahill speaking on Tiger
Swan's connection to Blackwater, and the increasing use of militarized
forces in US civilian actions.

None of it advised as bedtime reading!!!
