[Occupymendocino] oppose Prop. 50

Prop. 50 is a bad idea.  It could make possible stifling dissent in the CA
legislature and violating freedom of speech.   It is like the law the
Israeli Knesset uses to stifle the four Arab members of the Knesset when
they protest the treatment of the Palestinians.   Oppose Prop. 50.
